Artwork selections are made to fit within the scope of our exhibition plans. Our shop consigns artwork on an as-needed basis. Wall pieces are only permitted within GALLERY submissions and not within Shop submissions. All submissions are reviewed on a regular basis, but we are unable to respond to every submission.
Each artist who submits their work will be added to a newsletter alerting them to upcoming events where their artwork can be displayed.
Current Call For Artists
The African American Atelier, Inc is calling for artists ages 30 and under. We will hoping to featuring a wide array of mediums. We are taking artist submissions for the 30 under 30 exhibit until March 20th.
. Individuals K-12 and college age are heavily encouraged to submit work. All work will be reviewed by our curatorial team before final acceptance into the exhibition. $30 entry fee if submissions are accepted.

If you wish to exhibit in the African American Atelier shop or gallery, please submit the best samples of your most recent work. When reviewing artwork submissions, our curatorial team considers the extent to which an artist displays professional to expert level craftsmanship, technique, originality, and expression of authentic experiences.
